Managing Your AGCO API Favorites

AGCO API allows you to maintain your own personalized list of favorite dealerships and suppliers. This list of Favorites is maintained at the dealership or supplier level. All AGCO API users from a dealership share the same list of Favorites.

To search for dealers or suppliers to add to your list of Favorites:

1. If necessary, access the AGCO API web application.

2. Click the Administration link at the top and then the Dealer Info -> Dealer Favorites link below. below.

3. If necessary, make a selection from the Choose Location dropdown menu.

4. Your existing list of Favorites is displayed in the favorite dealers pane on the right.

5. In the search dealers pane on the left, select a state from those dropdown menus and then complete as many of the other search fields as you wish to use for filtering.

6. Press the search button.

7. Any matching dealers will be displayed at the bottom of the search dealers pane.

8. To add one of the located dealers to your Favorites, click the Add link below that dealer's name in the search dealers pane on the left.

9. Your updated list of Favorites will be displayed in the favorite dealers pane on the right.

10. To remove a dealer from your Favorites, simply press the Delete () button to the right of that dealer's name in the favorite dealers pane on the right.

11. To display any existing notes that are associated with a Favorite, press the Show Notes () button to display the Dealer Notes dialog window. You can add new notes and then press the Submit button to save your notes or press the Close () button in the upper-right corner to dismiss the dialog without making any changes.
    

Notes:

1. You can also add or remove a dealership to your Favorites from a list of part search results by pressing the corresponding  or button, respectively.
